Oranges, limes, grapefruit, fresh meadow herbs, plus slate - lots of slate. The Bockstein Spätlese comes very seductively into the mouth, conjures up a smile on your face with its enormous citrus aroma.
Juicy and fresh on the tongue. There are various fruit aromas, paired with an incredibly gripping, mineral grip. Delicate herbal notes appear, the citrus fruit is clearly in the foreground, the sweet and sour interplay hardly comparable with everything known. The finale is extremely fresh, very finely herbaceous, but the aftertaste is fine, elegant and fruity. A lot of fun in the mouth.
